CONTROL OF AMMONIA IN WASTEWATER

MS3500

The MS3500 is the first ammonia monitor for Raw Waste Water. Its rugged construction and design allows it to reliably measure Ammonia at the very front end of a waste water treatment plant, giving the operator a level of control and knowledge presently unknown to the industry.

The working principle

The MS3500 uses a non-contact measurement technique based on Henry's Law, sensing gaseous or cooling gases in the sampling tank and provides a measurement system with very low maintenance requirements. Thanks to smart design and technology, the sensor never touches water. This allows for reduced drift, almost no pollution and very little maintenance.

The MS3500 is accurate down to low ppm concentrations and the wide dynamic range allows it to be used in a wide range of environments.

By using minimal reagents and consumables, system operating costs are very low.

The MS3500 is accurate from 1 to 200 ppm and its wide dynamic range allows it to be used in a wide range of environments.

Controlling and monitoring options

The instrument is housed in a GRP housing and can be powered by 90 - 240V AC.

Various communication options are available, including 4 - 20mA, Profibus and Modbus.
